AC Milan vs Real Madrid:

So far we have seen Barcelona vs Internazional and Juventus vs Bayern Munich. Now we will be treated to another clash between two of Europe’s most celebrated clubs.

Kaka will look to haunt his former side.

Kaka will look to haunt his former side.

AC Milan’s visit to the Bernabeu comes after they picked up a win this weekend thanks to contributions from Brazilians, Ronaldinho and Pato (finally). Under-fire coach Leonardo hopes they can build on that win as they face their former Brazilian star in Kaka.

AC Milan will be without injured duo Gennaro Gattuso and Marco Storari, while Brazilian Nelson Dida will replace Storari in goal.
For Madrid, Pellegrini is again missing the injured Cristiano Ronaldo as well as Guti, Fernando Gago, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Christoph Metzelder, but Lassana Diarra has been passed fit to play.

Player to watch:

Kaka will want to prove to his new club’s supporters that he has put his past club behind him. Look for him to have an inspired performance, especially with no Ronaldo to steal the limelight.

Match Prediction:

I predict a 3-2 win for Real Madrid. AC Milan’s aging squad will have a hard time keeping up with Madrid’s pace but they will make it difficult for the Spaniards.

FC Zurich vs Marseille:

Zurich will look to build on their win against AC Milan and get another win versus a side that sit without a point at the bottom of Group C.

Zurich keeper Johnny Leoni frustrated Milan all night and will need a similar performance if Zurich want to win.

“I expect we must repeat the performance in Milan,” Leoni said in an interview with Marseille’s official website, www.om.net.

“If we can take some points against Marseille, this would be extraordinary.”

Marseille will be without Souleymane Diawara, who was sent-off at Madrid but is currently out with a hamstring problem.

Garry Bocaly (thigh), Julien Rodriguez (ankle) and Cyril Rool (knee) are also absent.

Player to watch:

Mamadou Niang will look to finally open his account in the Champions League. The striker proved difficult to handle at times for both Madrid and Milan but could not find a goal.

Match Prediction:

I predict a 0-0 finish which will suit Zurich just fine.

Play Beautiful!
