Wayne Rooney is obviously passionate about football. Not only is he skilled and hardworking but his erratic temper has made him a household name among football fans all over the world.

A main stay on the starting 11 with England and Manchester United, Rooney is in his prime and, although not the most productive striker, his work ethic and skill combine for a potent combination not found in many other players.

After scoring a hat trick in his debut with Manchester United in the Champions League against Fernerbahce Rooney has been a fan favorite at Old Trafford ever since.
